Do I need a card to start?
No. You can use the free plan for ever, and paid plans start with a 30-day trial. We are not taking payments yet: founding landlords get the Landlord plan free until 31 March 2027.
What counts as a property?
Each separately let home with its own address, including each flat in a block you own. An HMO counts as one property.
Can I change plan or leave?
Any time. Download everything as a zip of your data and documents, then close your account from the account page.
Is the £65 database fee included?
No. The registration fee is paid to the government service. Our registration pack and assistant help you get it right first time.
Do you take a cut of installer quotes?
If you choose to ask for quotes, the installer may pay us a referral fee. You pay their normal price, and you're never obliged to go ahead.
